Our cutting-edge solution-focused approach brings fast, effective relief from an array of stress related difficulties. We utilise specialist techniques to address some of the more deeply embedded patterns and triggers, without unduly dredging up a client’s past.

Cathy Harris

Cathy Harris’s background is in the corporate world and she is a strong advocate for positive mental health practices in the workplace.


 

Starting her working life at The Observer Newspaper, Cathy has over 25 years corporate experience as a people-development specialist, executive coach and consultant within a range of private and public sector industries. Cathy has consulted and trained at senior level within the telecommunications, engineering and government sectors and her expertise spans learning design and workshop facilitation.

Cathy is a Henley-registered coach and a qualified solution-focused therapist. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Mental Health Skills and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health: Psychological Therapies from Queen Mary University, London, where she is currently completing her MSc in Mental Health. Cathy’s research interest is in the field of self-compassion and its effectiveness in relieving anxiety and depression.

 

Renée van der Vloodt

Renée van der Vloodt is a psychotherapist, coach, educator, art historian and writer who has worked in private practice, as well as in corporate settings – coaching executives for Shell International and teaching resilience to clinicians in the NHS.


She started her career at the BBC and during the past three decades has trained therapeutic and coaching professionals both in the UK and internationally.

As a Fellow of the Human Givens Institute and former lecturer, Renée has extensive experience in teaching professionals to learn and practice the core principles of wellbeing. She has a particular interest and expertise in working with neurodiversity. A lifelong practitioner of yoga and mindfulness, Renée has more recently trained as a teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) with the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion in the US.
